Ordered a medium, padding is adequate, ventilation is good. Overall a great glove with one modification request. On the outside of the palm, that last square of padding is a little too much and it bulks up with making a fist causing the glove to push out on the edge. Perhaps remove that little piece of extra padding at the pinkie finger/palm area to make the glove less bulky.
